Σύστημα αγώνων: Μηχανογραφημένο ελβετικό 6 γύρων.
Πρόγραμμα αγώνων:
1ος-2ος γύρος: Παρασκευή 11 Ιουνίου 2010, 6 μ.μ.
3ος-4ος γύρος: Σάββατο 12 Ιουνίου 2010, 6 μ.μ.
5ος-6ος γύρος: Κυριακή 13 Ιουνίου 2010, 6 μ.μ.
Δηλαδή κάθε ημέρα θα υπάρχει διπλός γύρος, με το δεύτερο γύρο να αρχίζει αμέσως
μόλις ολοκληρωθούν οι παρτίδες του προηγούμενου γύρου.
Παράβολο: 10 ευρώ (θα χρησιμοποιηθεί αποκλειστικά για τα έξοδα του τουρνουά).
Έπαθλα: Θα δοθούν μετάλλια στους τρεις πρώτους με ηλικία κάτω των 12 (γενν.
1998) και στους τρεις πρώτους κάτω των 10 (γενν. 2000). Επίσης, θα δοθούν βιβλία
στους νικητές (σε αριθμό που θα εξαρτηθεί από τις συμμετοχές, δηλ. από το ποσό
των παράβολων).
Μπορεί να δοθούν επιπλέον έπαθλα (σε κάτω των 8 και σε κορίτσια) εάν υπάρχουν
αρκετές αντίστοιχες συμμετοχές.
Όλοι οι συμμετέχοντες θα πάρουν αναμνηστικά διπλώματα.
Χρόνος σκέψης: Κάθε παίκτης έχει σαρανταπέντε (45) λεπτά για όλη την παρτίδα
συν 15΄΄ για κάθε κίνηση. [δηλ. 1 ώρα για παρτίδα 60 κινήσεων = αξιολογήσιμη
παρτίδα]
Μηδενίζεται όποιος δεν εμφανιστεί 45΄ μετά την έναρξη του γύρου.
Η καταγραφή των κινήσεων είναι υποχρεωτική (εξαίρεση μπορεί να γίνει μόνο για τα
παιδιά κάτω των 8).
Κριτήρια ισοβαθμίας και κανονισμοί αγώνων: Τα κριτήρια ισοβαθμίας είναι:
α) το μεταξύ των ισόβαθμων αποτέλεσμα (εφόσον έχουν συναντηθεί),
β) Μπούχολτς (άθροισμα της τελικής βαθμολογίας των αντιπάλων),
γ) βαθμολογική πρόοδος (άθροισμα της ανά γύρο βαθμολογίας του παίκτη).
Ισχύουν οι επίσημοι κανονισμοί σκακιού της Ελληνικής Σκακιστικής Ομοσπονδίας
(ΕΣΟ) και της διεθνούς Σκακιστικής Ομοσπονδίας (FIDE).
